Based on the Client’s requirement for a Class A Offices Space the target of the concept design was not only to fulfill that requirement but also to design a prestigious building with high quality finishes, exceptional accessibility and a definite market presence.

As the footprint of the building was already settled by urban conditions, the building’s volume was maintained as a rectangular shape, split in two parts, sliding one against the other to create an emphasized main entrance. The terracotta facade cladding and glazed walls were selected to respect the local architecture and surrounding buildings outer look.
