The project starts with a new approach to the building’s facade, retreading its colors to emphasize its architectural style, shapes, shadows and volume dynamics. An important element of the project is the presence of greenery on the exterior and interior spaces.

The restoration also involves the courtyard, which becomes a recreation area for the hotel guests and visitors.
