The G16 zone at Green Coast, located in Palasë, Himarë, is designed by the lead architect Emre Arolat Architecture, bringing a contemporary and contextual architectural vision to the development, which embodies a serene coastal identity, combining refined architecture with the unique natural character of Palasë to create a harmonious and effortlessly elegant environment. 

As the architect of record, our scope  included the Implementation Project (Detailed Design), the Structural Engineering Design, and the full coordination of all disciplines throughout the project. Our role ensured that the architectural concept was accurately translated into buildable technical documentation, aligned with local standards and construction requirements.
