Located in the suburban area of the city, this residential complex, comprises of two buildings with apartments and commercial units, along with two to three underground stories reserved to parking. The complex will house an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by greenery, that will serve the community of the complex, providing a common outdoor space for the families relaxation. The complex hosts 102 apartments of various sizes, from 55 sqm of the 1 bedroom types to 120 sqm for the 3 bedroom types and the over 130 sqm for the penthouses which accomodate large outdoor spaces that double as an extension of the living space.
