This masterplan envisions a vibrant hospitality and leisure destination along the Adriatic coast, integrating a diverse mix of experiences within a cohesive landscape. The development features beachfront hotels and a lively beach promenade, complemented by a dynamic Sailing Club offering boat docking, watersports, and year-round events. A range of residential options—including apartments and private villas—are arranged around lush green corridors and small waterfront lakes, creating a serene living environment. The plan also includes a Club House, an exclusive Golf Club, and an Outlet Village that adds a commercial and social anchor to the community. Designed as a seamless blend of leisure, recreation, and coastal living, the project creates a unique Adriatic getaway for visitors and residents alike.
