Liv 1B Residence is a supposed extension of the current Liv 1 Residence located at Ish-Fusha e Aviacionit, a well known district of Tirana.

The design concept is the same as Liv 1 Residence, a mixed-use building, composed by two distinctive volumes with eight and ten stories respectively. The ground floor is dedicated to commercial activities with two level basement parking, while the succeeding floor levels are for residential.

Coherence between the two structures was achieved by three main materials: metal, glass and concrete. The ground floor, in which all commercial units are positioned, has an open and transparent facade with multiple vitrines to have a better interface with the outdoor.
