Sales Center for the Riga Waterfront Development
Riga, LATVIA
Client: Eagle Hills
Total Built up Area: 1,200 sqm
Scope: Interior Design
2024
Located within a former passenger ferry terminal, this interior design project reimagines a waterfront space into a refined and immersive luxury sales center for the Riga Waterfront development. The design pays homage to the building’s maritime connection while introducing contemporary materials, elegant finishes, and bespoke details that reflect the spirit of a new urban lifestyle. Carefully curated spaces not only highlight the architectural vision of the development but also evoke a sense of place—offering visitors a glimpse into the sophisticated and vibrant waterfront living that defines the future of Riga. The space is thoughtfully composed of evoking the warmth and elegance of a luxury hotel—featuring expansive and comfortable lounge areas, a stone-carved fireplace, a café reminiscent of a refined villa kitchen, serene meeting rooms, and an outdoor space overlooking the Daugava river. Materiality plays a key role in the narrative—wooden flooring reminiscent of a yacht deck, sleek marble countertops, mirror-polished metal accents, and curated furniture and lighting pieces contribute to an atmosphere of effortless elegance and understated opulence.
