Liv Residence is located at Ish-Fusha e Aviacionit, a well known district of Tirana. The site is a high-density area due to the development of new residential blocks and informal dwellings across Durres Street, the Great Ring of Tirana, Lana River and a park at the former Aviation Field.

The design concept is a mixed-use building, composed by two distinctive volumes with eight and ten stories respectively. The ground floor is dedicated to commercial activities with two level basement parking, while the succeeding floor levels are for residential with an open green recreational area located at the top.

Coherence between the two structures was achieved by three main materials: metal, glass and concrete. The ground floor, in which all commercial units are positioned, has an open and transparent facade with multiple vitrines to have a better interface with the outdoor. The overall architectural design intent is to introduce a new concept of living to the community bringing a better sense of place in this district of Tirana.
