The design of the building is characterized by the movement, the hollowing of the volumetric measures in the altimetry, as well as the visual game that the black volume (5 floors) creates in the interplay with the volumes (3 and 7 floors) which is characterized by the travertine tiles material.
The intention was to merge the boundaries between indoor and outdoor, developing a typology with numerous terraces, hanging gardens, and loggias that host greenery that becomes integrated with the facade.
The volume of the residence is very well organized with urban parameters, because one of the challenges was the development due to the very small site and other existing objects that surround it.
