The architectural concept of this project is inspired by the deep connection with the sea and the captivating view of the Port of Durrës. The city's maritime heritage, spanning over two millennia, serves as the main source of inspiration. The design intertwines history and modernity through powerful nautical symbols: the Ilyrian vessel Liburna and the contemporary yacht Phoenix, amchored in 2024 at the Port of Durrës. At the ground level, the brise-soleils take the shape of Liburna's oars, symbolizing movement and the city's deep-rooted maritime tradition.
